Great work and clear communication
"Ben painted some sash windows and high level facia boards. The work was weather dependant and carried out in early spring; he kept us updated about his planned start date given the changeable weather at the time. During the work he let us know about progress and material use so we always knew where he had got up to and what was next on his list. When finding some unexpected rot he took photos and explained the options for how best to deal with it. When finishing up he had a focus on doing a proper job and even returned a couple of days later to do some cleaning for us that we would have found difficult to do ourselves without a long ladder! His pragmatic approach, good nature and clear communication gave us great confidence in his work, as well as it looking really good!"
